I see a lot of topics about mental health and burnout, but rarely do I see anything about physical health.
After noticing that my pants were starting to get a bit tight, I had to get back in track and start adding some cardio to my workout routine. It is easy to gain weight over time without noticing it, specially if nobody is keeping track. As of last Monday, I moved my fitness app to the main screen of my phone and I add the calories I burn/intake daily.
It has only been a week, but I feel much better already. Keeping my calorie count reasonable, making some healthier meal choices and getting back to my desirable weight. It is a lot easier to keep a healthy mind, when your body is on the same page!
