vSphere 8 is now initially available (IA) to the public, but can your servers support it?
Cisco will require M5 or newer
HPe will require Gen10 or newer
Dell will require 14 gen or newer
Nutanix will require G7 or newer
As for cloud services, VMC on AWS has some environments running already on vSphere 8, but certainly not all of them yet.
Oracle VMware solution can run whatever the customer wants to install, and GCVE and AVS remain on vSphere 7 for now.
