Tanzu is very much alive… Tanzu Platform 10 announced!
This is certainly aimed at accelerating intelligent and modern application delivery within private clouds.

Key features include:
– App spaces, which includes all the necessary runtime, middleware and developer services that modern apps need
– Enhanced AI-driven automation for application lifecycle management
– Improved Kubernetes integration for easier container orchestration
– Advanced security measures to protect cloud-native applications
– Hardened VM and OSS images will be available right out of the App Catalog
– Air-gapped environment support with a simple, fully orchestrated installation experience for Tanzu 10 on VCF
– Tanzu AI Solutions, which offers capabilities that help develop, operate, and optimize secure AI-powered apps at scale
– GenAI on Tanzu is an OpenAI compatible API gateway which has built-in enterprise feature (load balancing, resilience, caching)
– Observability for GenAI which provides monitoring and assessment of apps and model responses
– Tanzu Salt, which is a tool that integrates pre-validated open-source software images into the platform
The platform also introduces new tools for streamlined development and deployment, making it easier for organizations to manage and scale applications in private cloud environments.
